Randa Payne

Founder and CEO of Aim Construction

Randa Payne is the Founder & CEO of Aim Construction. She is the Board Chair of the Area 10 Workforce Development Board in Richland & Crawford Counties, as well as a member of the Emerging Leaders Board at Akron Children’s Hospital. Randa is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law & a former college athlete with a degree in Business Administration. With her experience as an attorney & an in-house counsel in the construction industry, Randa provides a unique perspective on business, construction, & safety.
